I have a craftsman lawn mower, pull start. Sometimes when I go to pull the start cord it won’t budge. I tilt the mower up and manually move the cutting blade to loosen it up and then it will work. Any ideas what the problem might be?

The mower going if the motor over by hand try to ya know that in the plug then pull the cord couple of times replace the car would never turn the blade to have to start it usually works for me why it usually works for me why it again get that cranking turned the cylinder.
