If you mean you put 2 cycle gas in a 4 cycle engine, it will still run, just smoke a little

gasoil is like diesel fuel, not two-stroke
do not try to start the mower. empty the mower petrol tank, perhaps by carefully removing the pipe which comes out of the bottom of it. slosh a little petrol around the tank to get rid of the rest of the gasoil. (do not smoke at this time!) Refill with petrol, it should be OK
