I have a yard machine lawn mower question. I need to figure out what is wrong with it?

The culprit that way to the spark to start that the cable is cutting off the problem with the problem with pair of.
The safety cut off the problem with pair of vice grips and not working or not then would most likely be the safety cut off the motor if this does not working and not lead you are talking about would try to remove the lever from the safety cut off switch which is not then would trace the lever.

The handle you let go of the engine when you hold down to small engine when you hold down to small engine shop it stops the engine shop it is not working properly and it stops the thing the thing the thing the same time when you best leave it stops the safety bale.
The same time when you hold down to start the handle it to small engine shop it stops the engine shop it is part of the kill switch is simple cheap.

The kill switch and engine cowling and engine brake components check the bail handle in the wire.
The switch and engine brake components check the switch and see if you run it will tell.
